About the Author

Leeza Gibbons achieved national acclaim as an anchor on Entertainment Tonight and as host of her own daytime talk show Leeza. Her never-ending entrepreneurial creativity, her strong sense of family, and her dedication to charitable causes make her one of the most sought-after business partners and event speakers. Leeza’s family history of Alzheimer’s disease has resulted in her creation of the Leeza Gibbons Memory Foundation with Memory Centers & Family Workshops. This also led to her interest in scrapbooking, a way to preserve memories that Alzheimer’s takes away. Continuing her entrepreneurial pursuits, Leeza is releasing her own line of scrapbooking products in Spring 2004 called Legacies. Leeza brings passion, wit, and wisdom to scrapbookers in her first book on the subject celebrating the art of creating everlasting memories through pictures and words.

5.0 out of 5 stars It is so important to scrapbook for many reasons, June 1, 2007
i really enjoyed this book - it was touching and real. It really allowed me to give myself the time to scap without feeling guilty. There is so much in this world to celebrate - the good and the bad and scrapbooking keeps our history going...
I would really recommend this book to anyone interested in scrapbooking.

5.0 out of 5 stars Simply Inspiring!, August 7, 2006
Leeza uses her own personal stories to showcase her scrapbooking layouts. Her "idea starters" are terrific for stimulating our thoughts for journaling. The large colorful layouts allow us to read Leeza's personal narrative. Scrapbooking 101 sections summarize different issues important to the novice scrapbooker. Leeza's simple but beautiful layouts inspire us to honor our time with others.

5.0 out of 5 stars A must-have for ALL scrapbookers!, December 7, 2004

(REAL NAME)
I had never done scrapbooking before until my friend Leeza asked if I wanted to do a page for her book, 'Scrapbooking Traditions'. I was a little apprehensive at first until I started following the methods and tips laid out in Leeza's book. I couldn't believe how simple and helpful the tips were! I ended up putting together a nice scrapbook page that you can see in 'Scrapbooking Traditions'. Even for a first timer like me, Leeza's scrapbook tips and examples made scrapbooking fun and rewarding. I highly recommend this book for anyone who has ever considered scrapbooking.
PS/ Leeza didn't ask me to write this, I just have to let others know when I see a good and informative book!
