Excellent, valuable resource for personal change., April 20, 2008
I just got my copy, and this is a beautiful, very valuable little
book. Not only is it _wonderful_ for people unschooled in NLP, I also
(wholeheartedly and strongly) encourage people educated in NLP to get
(multiple) copies for their bookshelf.
Why? Because whenever someone asks you why or how they could use NLP to
improve their outlook, clarify their goals and their future, and build
more resourceful behaviors, you can loan them this little book and say
"when you're ready, I'm happy to help." The book is inexpensive,
attractive, and affordable. And it may save you time explaining NLP to
people, which saves you money.
My only objection to the book is that they didn't include ANY photos of,
or much information about, the author, Andy Smith. I know that publisher
tends to like to keep things impersonal about their authors, and
further, likes to pretend that the publisher itself is the expert on the
topics on which they publish, but who are they really fooling? It's Andy
Smith who wrote the book. He should get more credit for a job well done,
than they offer.

Terrific book!, January 20, 2008
Well done Andy - this is a superb book of high quality. It is simply the most comprehensive book I have read on goals. It is written with great care and passion, which comes through as you flick the pages and find gem after gem of useful ideas and tools. The result is a highly practical book full to the brim with exercises and insights to help you set and achieve goals. If you are falling short in the achievement department - buy this book and the lights will come on.
