A thoroughly delightful book to share one-on-one. I gave this and its companion, There Are Cats in This Book, to my 4 year old granddaughter. Based on reviews, I had considered buying them for my K-4 school library but because of the movable parts, I decided not to, and that was a good decision. The Mo Willems-type humor makes it a real crowd pleaser, but the book would not stand up to the heavy use a popular picture book gets in a school library.

We had borrowed another book by Viviane Schwarz from our local library, 'There Are Cats in this Book', and my son loved it! So we got him this one for Christmas. The book is very cute, and I love the way the cats interact with the reader, asking them to do things like turn a page, or help wish them out of the book!
