4.0 out of 5 stars Moving the membership department to the forefront , November 10, 2008
By T.B. (Norfolk, VA) - See all my reviews
I found this to be very insightful thus far. I say "thus far", because I will definitely use it as a continuing reference book. My organization is changing and expanding its membership program by progressing towards more of a primary role (marketing/ cost-benefit) instead of secondary duty (informational input)of a full-time employee. This book offered some great advice and the co-author, Dana Hines, is even willing to reach out personally via e-mail or on the phone. In this day and age, responsiveness like that is very encouraging.
