Editorial Reviews

From School Library Journal

YA-Every school and public library serving YAs should own this fabulous dictionary. Nothing seems to have been left out. The terms are clearly defined, and the concepts behind them are particularly well explained. William's style is so readable that this resource is hard to put down.

2.0 out of 5 stars Very dated, March 25, 1998
By A Customer
While this book appears to be one that may have been useful some time ago, it has suffered from what all computer books suffer from... it is no longer relevant. Somebody wanting to try to understand their son or daughter would be best off looking elsewhere to try to learn something, or they run the risk of using outdated terminology and getting a dated understanding of an industry that has changed radically since the book's publication.
