Robert L. Linville has worked in the field of Competitive Intelligence for eight years with companies such as IBM Federal Systems, Loral Corporation, and New YUork State Electric & Gas. He is the principal of Competitive Horizons, a market research firm in upstate New York. He has also taught a class in CI for Syracuse University's master's program in information resource management.
