5.0 out of 5 stars Saying no, October 13, 2003
By Diane Huisinga (Fair Oaks, CA United States) - See all my reviews
Saying "no" can be difficut. In clear simple words Karen Bading presents a step by step guide to saying "no" skilllfully. This book teaches one how to say "no" in a way that enriches realtionships rather than harms them. Saying No clearly spellls out the things I often communicate to my clients. It's nice to have the concepts clearly spelled out in black and white. I expect this book to be a useful resource for anyone with boundary problems. Diane J. Huisinga, Ph.D.

5.0 out of 5 stars Everything You Want to Know About Saying No, February 7, 2006
I read this book with delight. My mind spun around from one perspective to another, clearly finding new and beneficial uses for the 'No'word. I discovered that there is tremendous power and strength in being able to say no when it is important. Karen Bading has written the consummate 'No' book. Anyone who wants to develop their inner strength and give themselves permission to be themselves will love and benefit from this book.....Diane Kramer, Ph.D., Psychologist, PeakSkills Learning
