In One Command Change Your Life Last week I was lead to do some searching for creative and unusual way to make money from home. Although I have my online business and MDB business, I was looking for something that could appeal to the everyday person. One that didn't necessarily have experience with online marketing or a fitness background. I came across several sites of forex and stock trading, HYIP's and some other sites I just couldn't figure what the business was. Then I came across the Asara's website The more I explored this site the more it resonated with me. I ended up ordering the book, The One Command, downloading it and reading it in 3 days. It made so much sense. Several years ago when I really got into to the whole holistic healing arena. I actually became certified in Reiki and later in Reconnection healing. The One Command, spoke and taught about Theta healing, which I was not familiar with. The more I read the more I began to remember the healer in me with which I had neglected so long ago. I have always known that I was a healer inside, even as child. Reading this book made me realize how I have to reconnect back to that part of me. As I practiced The One Command I began to sense a peace and presence come over me that I had not felt in a long time and I knew that I was connecting with Source.

This book was recommended to me, so i was really excited about reading it. I was REALLY disappointed. Firstly, the most important aspect of the book is going to the Theta brainwave. Even so, the author only dedicates 1 small paragraph within the whole book on how to do this. I was left really confused. I went to other sources to find out how to go to Theta, and then felt able to proceed. Going into Theta (as I understand) is just before the sleep brainwave. Yet the procedure the author gives for going into this state is whilst you are standing up! I don't know how this can be possible.In the state just before sleep you are conscious of your surroundings, sound etc, but I very much doubt you can physically do this procedure standing. The author never actually explains what going into Theta feels like, the physical changes you experience etc....nothing! I obtained all the basics from other sources.It was at this point that the author started losing credibility for me. I accept the concept can work, and that is the reason I am sticking with the book and trying to practise the process as best I can, but the instructions suck! In general the book is very, very repetitive and I'm not convinced that it warrants 250+ pages.
One final aside, alot of the positive reviews on Amazon are from the authors website. Not sure how worthy it makes them.

This is one of the few times the Amazon review system failed me. This book was so poorly written, redundant, and repetitive, that I got almost nothing new out of it.

The author appears to be familiar with many new age or spiritual concepts and some brain wave science, but she doesn't explain them very well. And when you remove the redundancy, what you have left would be enough for a 500-word article on this technique. She says that she was in the theta state when she wrote the book and that's why it's repetitive, but once she came out of it, she should have given her material to a good editor. It's unfortunate that she didn't because the technique might work if you can believe the success stories in the book. But it looses credibility because the writing is so poor.

What confused me even more was that I thought, based on what I read at her website, going into theta involved rolling the eyes up towards the eyebrows (similar to the Silva Mind Control method). The book mentions eye rolling in passing, but the technique for going into theta presented in the book involves a simple visualization.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I had such high hopes for this book based on the 27 or so 5-star reviews it received. What a huge disappointment!

I am a business professional with 4 bookcases full of books, ranging from works about The Law of Attraction and manifestation, healing modalities galore, self-help books, energy medicine, Reiki, Tony Robbins, Wayne Dyer, Jerry and Esther Hicks, Bob Proctor, Eckhart Tolle and the list goes on and on... I can honestly say that if I had to pick one book in my life that I would keep and read over and over again, this one would be it! This work is light years beyond affirmations and postive thinking. I am a bit of a skeptic in general, but my hat is off to Asara Lovejoy and the very powerful, life changing work she has imparted.

I purchased The One Command in December of 2007 and my business and personal life have not been the same since. I quadrupled my number of clients as well as my income (in what is supposedly a bad real estate market and a recession) my relationships have drastically improved, and the level of joy and happiness I experience daily has really changed for me. I spend 10 minutes every morning using The One Command and creating my day and life from the theta brain wave state, and the more I use it, the faster and more miraculous the manifestations seem to be. It has finally allowed me to get out of my own way. This truly is the missing link, the magic toolbox, the ABC's of HOW to manifest the life you really want to have, and be the person you really want to be.
