He is the President of The Gordman Group, a consulting company that works with senior management of mid- to large-size companies to create actionable, real-world profit development strategies. For over 20 years Gordman held executive management positions in various companies. He spent five years as Senior Consulting Partner for the Gallup Organization, specializing in strategic planning. During the past 19 years as a consultant, he has provided services to clients in many industries such as computer manufacturing and distribution, retail, direct marketing, weight loss, appliance manufacturing, advertising, trucking and banking.
