Each step is illustrated in a full 8.5 x 11 table with fun graphic images. Google MisterNumbers for videos and RightBrainMath EZ Times Table is a fun, easy, and effective way to teach Math and plays with visual patterns, rhythms, and relationships of numbers. Right Brain Math helps numbers reveal secrets to their friends, the students. Right Brain Math includes the big pictures and plays with little parts of numbers, it plays with the whole times table and sometimes just the ones-digits number (we call them the Ones-ies) patterns. Right Brain Math creates a positive attitude about math. Right Brain Math Makes Friends with Numbers EZ Times Table teaches by playing with fun patterns. Traditional math instruction relies mainly on rote memory work. Many kids get turned off to math. EZ Times Table is a revolutionary visual and auditory introduction to math. Students now have a structure for numbers that makes sense to a childs brain. EZ Times Table continues the pattern play. It uses a Tic-Tac-Toe square to create the 3s and 7s. It also invites kids to use pattern play to create the 2s, 4s, 6s, 8s, and 9s, and ends with instructions to create a 20 x 20 multiplication table simply from patterns. Free Instructional videos are available on Youtube by MisterNumbers and DVDs are available. This approach effectively teaches math. It promotes a crucial, positive attitude toward numbers. EZ Times Table also teaches pattern recognition, important in all learning, in a fun whimsical way. This book is useful to parents, teachers, and anyone who wants to help a kid have fun with math.

5.0 out of 5 stars An Innovative Approach to the Times Tables, September 19, 2008
By E. Francis (Irvine, California) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
Learning the times tables becomes a game as children learn fun patterns while filling in the EZ TIMES TABLES charts. Instead of learning one math fact at a time (which is not only difficult but highly inefficient), children learn a pattern for the entire table. Table by table, they construct a times tables matrix for tables 1-10. Pattern play develops number sense. EZ TIMES TABLES will intigue your child.

Highly recommended as a resource for both parents and teachers.

Eugenia Francis, author of Teach Your Child the Multiplication Tables: Fast, Fun & Easy with Dazzling Patterns, Grids & Tricks!
