This book has been inspired by all the hardships we have faced and can now laugh at. I think anyone can relate to these stories for they reflect the nature of how we as people relate to each other, be it good or bad we are all in this relationship together. It is our hope that everyone could laugh along with us. The inspiration for this book came from years up to our necks in the service industry and always saying "we should write a book about this."
About the Author
Curtis and Theresa Killorn are new authors but are not new to their subject matter. They have over thirty years in the restaurant business between them and as owners of a large restaurant in Salida, Colorado, they have a unique view on the matter of customers and the service industry in general. In spite of the title, this is a book of optimism and inspiration. After reading these stories it is our hope you will be filled with encouragement and a keen desire to go out and be the best customer you could be.
