Janet Greene has written a comprehensive, intense and yet deceptively simple book about her emotional release technique, Greene's Release. We carry around painful emotions and feelings that we tend to bury, but in reality they never go away. This books shows a simple but effective technique to feel your emotions fully, and release any and all of the pain, so you never have to be burdened by it again. People commonly assume that you either have to undergo years of therapy sessions (discuss the issue until you resolve it in your mind), continually repeat affirmations every time you feel uncomfortable (keep telling yourself to ignore what you feel and believe the opposite), or just accept that you feel bad about something in your past.

Often, those who have worked to `release' their emotional wounds, are surprised to discover that these emotions (which have merely been tucked away and not released, as many techniques claim to do) are still creating havoc in their daily life and can resurface with the same level of strength and distress at any time.

There is an alternative!

Greene's Release is a simple, yet highly effective technique that permanently releases the underlying cause of any emotional distress in one single session. So much so that the person can think of the particular issue again afterwards and feel absolutely nothing, or blank.
