Product Description

The MindTech Principles by James Andrews describe twelve underlying components that explain the spirit-body continuum common to all people and how these components exist in a mutually beneficial balance to promote our lives. Once grounded in this essential foundation, author Andrews systematically builds on this core knowledge to reveal a clear, six-step process for how anyone can create a new thought pattern and permanent behavior change. Beyond hype and hyperbole, The MindTech Principles explain what is really going on “underneath the hood” of our mind, body, and spirit. This practical and easy to follow manual for understanding and improving the self combines the newest in cutting-edge brain research and the time-tested wisdom of ancient knowledge. Written in clear English and keeping those new to personal growth in mind, The MindTech Principles will challenge your beliefs about who you think you are and then show you an actionable path to achieve personal growth and success.

5.0 out of 5 stars I love this book!, September 10, 2009
Review for The MindTech Principles

I found this book to be the missing link for me. Reading this book in its entirety twice, I finally understand the brain connection in transforming life patterns. Jim has written this vital information in such a way that it is easy to read and understand. More importantly, he offers very powerful, clear techniques to effect change in our lives.

This book is written with heart and sincerity along with scientific information. The author provides helpful guidance through the discomfort phases of change and encourages you to continue on your path even when it is rough. This book is a good friend to comfort and prod you on through all phases of the journey of manifesting a better life.

I think this book should be required reading for everyone on the path of personal transformation. Using the MindTech Principles will bring dynamic change to your life.

Being a man, I'm not normally a fan of personal self-development literature, but this book was an exception. The explanations for why we have "fear" when starting a new endeavor, the processes of working through that fear, and finding the "inner smile" is something I use daily.
