About the Author

Corbin H. Links is the President of Links Business Group LLC, an international provider of Strategic Business and Identity Access Management (IAM) services. Corbin is also a consultant, speaker, writer, lecturer, and podcaster on IAM and other Strategic Business & IT topics. Prior to co-founding Links Business Group LLC, Mr. Links was an independent consultant to a diverse clientèle which included a number of Fortune 100 companies, universities, governmental institutions, utility companies, medical companies, eCommerce companies, and several boutique industries. Mr. Links is highly active in the IAM and business community, and is passionate about breaking down the complexity barriers that surround the industry. In conjunction with Links Business Group LLC, he has created several vendor-neutral methodologies for helping clients derive real value from Strategic IT Initiatives, while saving significant time and money. Prior to embarking on an 19 year Business & IT career, Corbin was a senior-level manager with a regional contract security company, a client service manager with a regional records management company, and various other management and supporting roles. This breadth of experience across many verticals gives Corbin a unique and broad perspective with which to keep companies "out of the box" of their own industries.

With so many corporations scrambling for solutions and ever increasing pressure on consultants this book couldn't have come out at a better time. This self-help guide really puts the consultant in the drivers seat with valuable tips, advice, tools, management techniques, you name it. I've improved my performance, even raised my rate and solved a lot of frustrations using this book. I especially like the Kickoff!! section which helped solve some problems I had managing and maintaining a consistent flow during the project. The first and second volumes are both great and well organized. I am now waiting for the next volume which I hope is soon. THE definitive books for Identity Access Management. Highly recommended.

I just purchased this volume and am impressed with the amount of material presented. It is about twice the size of Volume III yet it is the same price. The material is excellent so far and I am very happy with the book. I feel as though I received a lot for my money as well as the excellent material. Thank you Corbin Links for your books which are much appreciated by me.

I just received my copy yesterday and have been reading it since. It is filled with information that I know I can apply which seems to be the difference between this series of books and others I have purchased. I highly recommend this second volume as a vital companion to the first volume. I continue to be impressed by the expertise, organization and usability of their information. Corbin Links is a guru of sorts for IAM. I also have to add that Volume II is quite a bit larger than Volume I which makes it a good deal too. Very happy with the purchase and material and hope Corbin Links keeps the Volumes coming. Simply the best book I have read on the subject. Thank you!
