About the Author
Linda LaPointe has been an administrator of rehabilitation and long-term care services for many years, including work in private for-profit, non-profit, and governmental organizations. She earned her BS in education from the University of Colorado and her Masters in Business Administration (MRA) with an emphasis in rehabilitation from the University of San Francisco.
