Since the Spring of 1996, Hallym University has opened a meeting for the presentation of academic papers on the DMZ. The Sixth meeting was held on the Fouth Infiltration Tunnel Squre of Haean Township, the so-called Punchbowl, on 13th of May, 2000. Topics of conversation at the meeting was reversion. Topics regarding reverting from division to reunification and from environment disruption to restoration were debated. The fact that this meeting was held at the turn of the century and in the same place as the initial meeting seems quite appropriate considering the topics discussed.
This book contains essays as presented at the 2000 DMZ International Conference.
