Shamefully, in the USA, Steps never gained much of any respect that they received elsewhere in the world when they were together. What i do appreciate is that finally they are gaining fans after-the-fact. Me of course one of them.
True, i did hear of their first USA release "One For Sorrow", which missed the Top 40, but that was it as far as hits in this country.
As a fan of Abba, A1, and slews of other great, appealing pop artists, i have come to the conclusion that Steps is one of the better groups as far as appeal. I have caught their videos via YouTube, and loved every one of them.
It is a shame they are no longer together, but their recorded legacy remains with us.
For those who love good pop and dance music, will not be disappointed with this set.
