Barbie's going for the gold! But first, lounging at the pool, she wears blue shorts and a blue and red jacket with a silver waistband and cuffs. Underneath she has on a silver swimsuit with blue and red touches and "USA" and the Olympic rings on the front. Cut in a sensible bob, her blonde hair is held back with a red band, and she's ready to don her red swimming goggles. On her back, you'll find a wind-up dial and two switches (on/off and forward/reverse). Wind up Barbie, put her in the water, and watch her compete in the freestyle and backstroke events. When she's done with her winning laps, you can award her the gold medal and hand her a towel and a hairbrush. --Richard Farr

This is a fun toy for the bathtub or pool. You wind it up and it really does swim across the water. My daughter has enjoyed hours of fun playing with it.

This Barbie is great for bathtime fun. Wind her up and she will swim and keep you little girl giggling, talking, and actually bathing. My daughter is one who usually wants to get in and get right back out. Not anymore. I would recommend this Barbie since she was designed to be in the water, and save them more expensive ones for outside of the tub. ....

I bought this toy for my 4 year old daughter and she loves it. It is a little difficult for her to get the Barbie to swim at first. However, with a little practice she figured it out. This Barbie actually swims across the pool or tub. I definetly recommend it.
