I was a huge Care Bear fan when I was younger. I have several of the new plush Care Bears by PA Distribution and I think they're great for a long time fan or someone who just wants a cozy teddy bear. Tugs, and his sister Hugs, are the babies of the Care Bear clan. This toy is smaller than the full-sized 13" (I'd say he's about 10 or 11") but just as soft and cuddly. A+Please note: Tugs does *NOT* come with a video, like the "adult" bears do. He comes with a *BOOK* entitled "Caring for Baby Tugs." The title says "Care Bear Cub with Video" but you can clearly see in the photograph that it is a book not a video.

My three year old is absolutely in love with the Care Bears and also Strawberry Shortcake that are now back with us again! I loved both shows as a child and my children do too!The other day we were out at Toys R Us and purchased baby Hugs and Tugs both! They are both adorable as can be and very durable too! I say safe for any age really! Definitely sold at unbeatable prices too! You get a book that tells a short little story with each one of them about how to care for your Care Bear and also what things they like to do best! There is also a place in the front of the book to write the child's name certifying that they had adopted the Care Bear! Not disappointed in the least! I was thrilled that the Care Bears are back out on the market again for my children to enjoy as I did as a child! These Care Bears are kind of hard to find (any of them) as they are so popular again! Most of the time when I go to purchase another Care Bear to add to my childrens' collection most of them are gone if not not there at all! We took the last of each of them left on the shelf thankfully and glad we did too! Both of my girls who are 3 years old and 14 months old love the Care Bears very much! I highly recommend the Care Bears as they teach caring and manners!

I am 22 years old, and I am a huge care bear collector! I own every care bear released except 5. I bought baby tugs earlier this year and I love him. He is one of my favorites! Of course I do not play with him, because I am 22, but for a child this bear is so fun! The book is just as adorable as the bear, and it teaches children very valuble lessons! It is very durable, I have washed mine in the washer on the gentle-handwash cycle twice, and it hasn't got messed up at all! For any adult or child who loves care bears or stuffed animals in general, I highly recommend baby tugs!!!! It is such a great price only 9.99 and it comes with a book, you can't beat that!
