I teach Physical Education and in the winter months when we are sometimes stuck inside unexpectedly, this video was a great activity. I teach classes of up to 100 students in the gym and everyone liked the movements and challenges of this DVD. It was challenging but not too too hard and after the students had done it once or twice, they we great at it and really worked up a sweat. I like the attention paid to focusing and sequences of movement. The video also has a nice push up segment for upper body which the kids really need. I have to say I was pleasently surprised!! Nice job

I bought this for my kids because they like to watch movies, but I wanted something that would get them off the couch. This did it. I used to pop it in every morning for my 3 and 4 year old while I got the older kids off to school. I never really sat down and watched it with them after the first time. A few weeks later my 3 year old pops it in and is doing the entire workout video all by himself. I'll tell ya what, I've got a really fit 3 year old now, his belly is completely gone and his legs have thinned out (yes he eats like a pig still). He can even do push ups, even better than his 10 year old sister! I highly recomend this video to everyone.
