Comes with a 188x25 heavy-duty aluminum motor and standard with a 4 1/2" rod. Light kit (87209) and controls are optional and extra. 18 degree blade pitch, 52" blade span. Not dual mountable.

BUYER BEWARE: This item is not shipped as pictured. You will only get the fan without the light or controls to make it work. If you want those items as pictured it will cost an additional $49.99 for the remote and $59.99 for the light fixture.

Also, this company will not pay for return shipping, that is your responsibility.
