This is my favorite flavor of all the Luna Bars. It's sweet, but it's relatively low on the glycemic index & it has lots of protein, which makes it a perfect snack, or even a quick meal replacement! The price here isn't too good, though. My local all-natural food store has a much better price, which is unfortunate because I'd much rather order them online from Amazon!
