Unlike the customer above, I've had no bad experience with this product. It opens and shuts as it was made to, and I put it in the dishwasher.
Could be she doesn't like Tupperware as much as she said, since all over her reviews are neg. for tupperware. Hum....

The Tupperware Sandwich Keepers are great. They were used for over two years for sandwiches, larger pie slices, pound cake slices and cookies when packing my husband's lunch. I've also used them, along with Tupperware's Crystal Wave Soup Mug, for his soup and sandwich lunches. Now that he is retired they still come in handy. I have needles, thread and small scissors stored in one for use in our cabin and crayons for each of our grandchildren stored in others. Our daughter has used them many times for her family's packed lunches. Contrary to the experience of a previous reviewer, she has had no problem with washing them in the top rack of her dishwasher. Based on our experience the Tupperware Sandwich Keepers are - 'Keepers'! ~ Mrs. B.
