It comes equipped with a powerful 3.5 HP motor that gives you the necessary output for the most strenuous runs. There is an extra long 20" x 62" treadbelt designed for the tallest user. It has the Smooth Sound System that takes any audio input and let's you get in shape while listening to music or your favorite programs. You get FREE heart rate control, complete with transmitter and belt. Let your heart rate automatically determine the level of your exertion by adjusting the speed and incline. There is a premium dot matrix console with two windows that displays speed, distance, time, pace, calories burned, heart rate, 1/4-mile running track. In addition there is a heart rate zone indicator, which displays users current heart rate zone at a glance (warm-up, fat burning, aerobic or athletic condition zone). There are two separate windows that show speed, distance, time and calories simultaneously - no need to scroll back and forth. There are (12) preset programs, including (3) user programs. The Smooth 9.25X weighs in at a hefty 304 lb. treadmill weight, similar to a commercial treadmill. This extra weight provides greater stability with a more solid feel. The institutional size 2.5"rollers are packed with double bearings. The large rollers reduce stress on the treadbelt resulting in longer life. The double bearing extend the wear of the bearings up to 300%. There is an extra thick 4-Ply Textured Whisper Weave, low-noise belt for added cushion and extended wear. Minimal assembly is required.
