I purchased this plant light to help my kitchen herbs (basil, cilantro and dill) thrive in my apartment. I put the bulb in a regular desk lamp and arranged my plants underneath it. They're responding really well to it and it doesn't create excessive heat. Recommended if you're worried your indoor plants aren't getting enough sun.
