This is the most amazing thing! I love this foam roller. I am training for a marathon and I have a lot of sore muscles! This has helped alleviate much of the soreness! I am telling everyone they need a foam roller!

I bought this for a sore hip area after I heard about it from a friend of my husband. It really hurt to use it at first, but within a very short period of time my hip didn't hurt anymore. This is great because we do a lot of hiking and my hip was making it very difficult. I'm a true believer!

I ordered the bio-foam roller and received an email confirming the purchase and then an email informing me the product had been shipped. Two plus weeks later I called the vendor and found that there had been a mistake and the product had not yet been shipped. They were very apologetic and once they were aware of the problem, I received the roller within 3 days. Hate to have to follow-up with vendors in order to get the product.

Satisfied with the roller, vendor service--not so much.
