This Superband is awesome! Expect it to be a very useful tool in your fitness arsenal. I am 6'2" 195 lbs and was able to completely rely on this product to assist me for my final chin-up set. It is durable, and I have no doubts that the product will be with me whenever I travel out of town. Enjoy.
