I lived in Norway for three years and know the events portrayed are true. This little known story (which also became a movie) is important because it may well have changed the outcome of WWII to what we know. Without these heros of Telemark we could now be living in a very different world.

The story of one man's efforts to free his country (Norway) from the Nazi occupation during World War II...I don't know if this is a true story or not, but it certainly is enjoyable. Far more light than other realistic spy/espionage novels out there.

I was one of three men to go ashore in May for to take over German communication centre at Kristiansand.
It was this book that gor me enthralled to go back to Kristiansand in 1990.
I was the man who organized the first football match against the "Millorg"
& to organized the first dance. in the Soldatenheim.
