it all started one day when i was browsing the many websites offering authentic space suit replicas, i found tons of the apollo 16 astronaut space suits and was about to buy one when something caught my eye. there on amazon i saw what i had been looking for, ever seince i was a little girl in lebanon i had dreamed of one day owning the a apollo 17 space suit. and now my day had come. there it was an a meger 18 grand. i ran to my wife and asked for the cash. he gave me 20 thousand and told me to go wild. i ran back to the computer, i felt like a happy school boy. i ordered the space suit right away, then began the waiting. apparently they had to like ask the astraunut or something and then have him send it back from like space. then finally it came only 27 monts 6 weeks and 9 days after i ordered it. i ripped off the packaging and there it was. the famous apollo 17. i tore off my dress and pants and put it on. a broad grin swept across my face as i snaped the great helmit onto the neck pice. then with a shreak of glee i ran out the back door, and out out into the wild fields laughing and leaping i spun and twirled across the lush rolling hills, then i abruptly collapsed from heat exhaustion

Well I must say I was surprised. I ordered this suit expecting a fake and cheap ripoff copy. It took a little longer than expected but Fedex does not deliver on Saturdays to Mars. I opened the suit and put it on and promptly discovered my error.

You see I wanted this suit to go riding Sandworms in the Supine Deserts of Barsaoom. I forgot that the suit had no real air pack and the helment was not aerospace plexi. After my first sandworm dumped me I had to walk all the way back to the Emerald City. No clicking my ruby slippers here (and ruby slippers are what you really need to set this suit off!!!) The jetpack was a mockup.

I think for more than $8000.00 (c1000.00) that the jetpack should have worked. I got a blister!
