Technical Details

Discharge water from a washing machine is laced with enough lint, hair, and non-biodegradeable fibers to carpet your living room once a year. When it drains into a utility sink, the debris clogs the drainpipes and can destroy your septic tank system.
Our polyester bag traps lint before it enters the drain by fastening it over the end of the washer discharge hose. Bypass valve prevents overloading and expensive damage to washer pump.
Our LT-1 kit has a finer mesh to trap more fibers than any other filter tested.4 X the capacity and 400 X lint removal of other traps tested.
One package includes 1 lint traps and locking velcro straps. To insure maximum septic tank life replace the LT-1 every 2-3 weeks.

I don't know if this product work or not. But you can get lint trap kit at most store for $1 or $2. You can use old nylon hose to trap the lint with the kit. Why spend $20 for a glorified lint trap.

By the way, the first reviewer is obviously a fake.

Works as stated. We used to hire plumbers every 2-3 months to rod out the drain line. We have not had to call (9 months) since installing the Sweetfilter unit.
