I'm currently converting all the examining room plumbing in a Medical Building to this style of faucet. The spout swings 360 degrees, which makes off-center mounting very easy and still functional. The single-lever handle is stylish and easy to control for exact temperature selection. Solid brass construction ensures quality, reliability and longevity. The unit is easy to install and the repair parts are readily available at most hardware stores. My quest is to eliminate the hassle of storing or trying to purchase multiple repair kits. Many of the faucets in the Delta line use the same repair parts. I've got three more units to install as time permits. The original plumbing in the building is over 50 years old and still in excellent shape; the pitfall is finding repair kits for older Crane and American Standard products. I've always done my own plumbing and worked on every conceivable brand on the market. I wouldn't recommend a faucet unless I believed I was receiving the most value for my money.

I was looking for a cost-effective, 2-hole faucet for our bar sink forever and finally came across this. I compared prices for a while, and when you look at the free shipping, amazon had the best price around. The faucet came with everything necessary and was very easy to install. It looks great and is perfect for it's application. Thanks!
