I have become an ebay participant. I send out items through the mail and UPS everyday. I needed a postage scale so I bought a Digiweigh from Amazon. It has served me well. It gives the correct weight every time. When I take my items to the post office my packages and other mailings are always within a tenth of an ounce of the postal scale. In fact, the post office doesn't even bother to weigh my items any more since the weight is always accurate. I'm buying a Digiweigh for my son who has also begun trading on ebay. It's a great and reliable product.

My scale arrived with a defective LCD display.Manufacturer's customer service very slow to respond and replace the defective item. Scale worked but did not display all the numbers.
