5.0 out of 5 stars This works!!, April 11, 2005
I purchased 3 of these prior to a 5 day cruise. Was I thrilled when the first night we hit rough seas and I was able to put one on my 10 year old child. He woke up real queasy and I thought we were in for a tough day. However, as soon as we put the watch on turned only to the lowest setting, all his queasiness disappeared and we were off to breakfast. When seas calmed he took it off but queasiness came back and we put it back on. There were many, many on board sick, getting shots and patches. If you have any trouble with boats, I would make the investment. There is no question in my mind that this item does what it says.

5.0 out of 5 stars Relief Band is amazing!, May 10, 2007
I used the Relief Band on several cruises with great success, especially when a typhoon hit Osaka,Japan just before we left the harbor. However, I never dreamed I would use it for nausea during chemotherapy and I cannot express how quickly I overcame the nausea after an infusion by wearing the Relief Band. Even with anti-nausea pills, the band is what calmed my stomach and gave me relief. It is amazing.

4.0 out of 5 stars a huge improvement for me..., June 11, 2006
I bought the Relief Band thinking that it was probably just a placebo... as the wrist bands with the plastic balls didn't help me at all.
... but, my experience is that the Relief Band helped me significantly!!!

With the band on, I still have a couple of quick boughts of nausea while flying for long periods in turbulendce (I fly small planes) - but nausea boughts I've experienced are typically quick, and relatively painless.

BEFORE I had the Relief Band - they were anything but quick and painless. In the plane, my focus was on - I'm going to be sick... and it stressed me out to no end. After I got off the plane after a long flight in turbulence, I'd make sure the ship was secured, stow my gear, and would have to lie down and sleep for at least an hour. I would feel horrible for the rest of the day.

With the relief band - my recovery time is remarkable. I may have a bought in the air, but just minutes later I feel just fine. I get off the plane as if nothing happened and don't have to lie down. THIS THING ROCKS!

As I get a little more used to using the band, I will probably up the 'amperage' as I get further into long flights. I've noticed that my nausea kicks up as I get a bit tired or stressed, so I'll probably move the Relief Band to setting 3 or 4 after a couple of hours in rough air.

Good luck with the product - JSA, Atlanta, GA
