Dear Aaron I am 41, and at the beginning 2005 was a whopping 210 lbs, a friend of mine got me to look at yoga to help me shed off the unwanted lbs. I do a lot of energy work, Reiki, quantum, light and sound therapy, deep tissue and also chair massage. I purchased your cd s in June of this year, wish you had classes in Toronto. Well today with the help of your CD s hot nude yoga, simple life changes and diet. I have removed over 80 lbs from my frame. Went from a 36 waist to a 28 , Feel great and also look great both inside and out! Still am working on the belly flab and well it is tightening up slowly and naturally.
