Other features include 7.25-inch wide rails with inlaid sights, professional grade wool/nylon blend cloth, and full-profile nose rubber. It measures 102 by 59 inches and has a play area measuring 88 by 44 inches. Accessories (pool cues, balls, etc.) are not included.

Overall the installation, performed by my son and I went very well. The written instructions were very clear, however, the felt product was 'short' and unable to be installed during the initial installation. I contacted Customer Service and they sent out a replacement felt that was a bit bigger, but not as shown in the instructions which made its installation more difficult.

The felt also seemed to be a bit less inferior (thinner) than the original delivered felt.

It's working now... I will leave it alone until it needs to be replaced.
