5.0 out of 5 stars LOVE these!, June 9, 2010
Silicone is the only way to bake in my opinion. Not much sticks to it, once it has been seasoned. Don't use cooking sprays (ie: Pam or Bakers Secret) because they don't seem to come off well, even with scrubbing. Use liquid oil instead.
