Ladybug, bee, spider, snail, butterfly, and beetle are sized for baby's hands (six months and older) and use "Smart Magnets," so there is no wrong way for little ones to stack them.

Fun When They're Crawling or Stacked
The smooth, sturdy plastic construction of the bugs is safe for little hands and mouths, and the bright, contrasting colors are visually stimulating. Each character contains a rattle, so they're as fun to play with when they're flying and crawling around individually as when they're stacked.

Safe for Playing
Baby will enjoy chewing on the rubbery antennae of the bugs--and each antenna is made of safe material and securely attached to the body of the bugs. Each bug is about 2-1/2 inches tall. This toy comes with a 90-day limited warranty.

My son is almost 8 months old and he loves playing with these while he is just sitting on the floor or in his highchair waiting for his meal. They have helped him figure out the stacking process and he has started stacking his regular blocks along side these.The legs are rubbery and are more fun to chew on than a blocks corner.

This stacker sticks together easily because of the magnets, but does not stack easily because it's always top heavy, and falls over. Would not recommend as a stacking toy.

The rubbery antanne is wonderful to chew and they are very bright, with durable plastic. I can't forsee my child breaking them.
The problem is with me.
I oviously over loooked the part of them being "magnetic".
Where is the fun in that?
The magnets are so strong you can pick them up when all of them are connected!
They will suffice untill I find other non-magnetic stackers.
