Both the front and back cover were creased and bent. I do not understand why the item would have been shipped in this condition. When I read the first review that mentioned this problem, I thought it was an isolated incident but obviously it was not. There is no excuse for these items to be sent out in this condition. When I suggested that it be investigated so others did not received damaged orders, I was told each account is an isolated incident so an investigation was not warranted. Very dissapointed!

When I received the item, the planner was bowed. The planner was also bent on one corner. I was extremely dissatisfied with this purchase, and I will make less purchases from Amazon in the future.

This will be the 3rd year I'll buy a DayMinder At-A-Glance monthly calendar book. It is perfect for keeping track of my family's busy schedule. The hard cover is durable and attractive, and the tabs make the book easy to use. A perfect, lightweight calendar book.
