Fresh eyes does what MyChelle says. I have only been using for about 3 weeks and it has reduced puffiness and darkness under my eyes. I also had some flaky red skin above my lips that I have putting this on and now it is gone! I have had that problem for about 8 months and tried the medicine that the dermatologist gave me and it did not work. Fresh eyes says it calms capillaries and it does but not just under the eyes! Well worth the price and you only need to use a teeny-tiny amount to get results! And it smells yummy like all MyChelle face care.
