Bought this item on recommendation from a friend in Australia where they are evidently popular. Works as advertised: opens the cork with a little gentle "pop". Haven't had it long enough to verify the 50 bottle/charge claim. Directions say NOT TO USE ON PLASTIC CORKS and to use only ONE squirt of pressure. I tested that warning with three squirts on a recalcitrant plastic cork and was rewarded with a geyser of half the bottle all over the floor. Most plastic corks come out OK, just be sure to use only one squirt before giving up and using a corkscrew.

This product is very good if you can work it. They do not provide refill canisters and do not indicate where you can purchase them. So over all it is a waste of money.
