Product Description

Product Description

Redesigned in a new ORANGE color. Don't buy fake models. Use original Watch Pavilion made link remover. FOUR (4) Extra Pins INCLUDED. Manufactured to strict quality standards this link remover is the best heavy duty twist movement tool to remove stubborn watch links. Most link removers use a small handle, but this larger model makes it easier to remove links. Link remover will push the pin out, and you will need a small needle nose plier to fully pull the pin out. Watch Band Link Remover for Bracelet Adjustments Watch Watch Band Link Remover for Bracelet Adjustments - Watch Band Link Remover for Bracelet Adjustments. Twist design makes it easy to remove or add links to your watch band. Every watch collector needs a watch adjuster as part of their collection. Stop wasting money taking it to a jewler when you can do it yourself. It pays for itself after 2 uses and lasts for many years. Easily alter your watch at home without scratching the band. Fits most bands using a pin system to hold links together. Comes with four extra pins for replacing bent pins. Many watch bands use directional link pins, therefore you must push in the direction of the pin. Improper use of the tool will damage the pin and your tool. Please be careful when pushing the pin. It should easily slide out with some force. If you are pushing very hard and no movement, try using some lubricant like WD40 to help the pin slide out.

4.0 out of 5 stars A must have for changing band lengths., June 10, 2007

Previously I always used small jewelers screwdrivers to remove band pins. Often times the end result was a bent screwdriver, a scratched watch, or worse yet, a hand injury from being jabbed by the screwdriver. This tool works very well in preventing those problems. The tool is rigid enough to get the job done - just be careful and keep the pin on the tool straight so you don't break it. However, you do get extra pushing pins with it.

It's just a pin on a screw, but it works. The shipping costs more than the product, so be sure you really want it. I did. I was tired of trying to remove/add links with a paper clip. Now I can keep all my watches fitting perfectly as I gain more and more weight by eating pizza and drinking beer.

5.0 out of 5 stars Money Saver, May 5, 2007
This review is from: Watch Pavilion Orange Heavy Duty Watch Band Tool Link Pin Remover for Bracelet Adjustments Watch Sizing Repair Fix with FOUR (4) EXTRA PINS (Misc.)
After opening the package, I put the tool right to work. I resized two bands with no trouble. After removing the first pin, you pretty much get the hang of it. Use good lighting, follow the arrows on the band and keep the bit and pin hole lined up with a firm thumb. Sorry to read about Dee's troubles.
