This heavy duty steel mount fits most 37" to 60" Plasma TV or LCD monitor. This Universal Flat Panel Mount offers quality, versatility and security for 37" to 60" Flat panel televisions. It features a high capacity and low profile design, lift-n-lock installation and adjustable tilt for optimal viewing. When you're looking for a mounting solution for your flat panel television, don't settle for anything but this world's premier mounting products. And now available at the lowest price in the industry. Will This mount Fit my Plasma TV? First check the weight of your TV. It must be less than 165 lbs. Second, look at the back panel of your TV. If your TV has 4 holes or 6 holes on the back of the screen, measure the vertical and horizontal distance between the holes. If the vertical distance is within 2.95 inch to 18.5 inch, horizontal distance within 28 inch, then this bracket will fit. If you currently have a stand attached to your LCD TV this is usually removed prior to fitting the wall mount. Third, the width of your TV should be 32" or above. Otherwise the mount is too wide to hide behind your TV. This mount does not fit VESA800x400.

I originally purchased a mount from Best Buy for almost $200 and when I got it home I decided to check Amazon for a better deal.
This was the outcome of a very short search. I ordered this mount and it showed up at my house in two days. This item is very well made and nicely finished in flat black powdercoat. I hung a 52" lcd on it in about 1/2 hour time.
DO NOT spend $200 on a wall mount!
By the way....the Best Buy mount went back the next day.

I was a little concerned about purchasing this mount because it was so much less expensive than many of the others. I don't have extensive experience with HD TV wall mounts but this one does the job well and I am NOT disappointed. My only complaint is that the screws that it comes with for attaching it to the wall are crap. Two of them broke when I was screwing them into wooden studs - not plaster or concert but simple 2x4 wall studs! As a result my confidence level in the screws diminished and I went to the hardware store to buy new more robust ones. I still gave it 5 stars because other than that it as excellent value and I do not see any reason to buy a more expensive flat panel wall mount.

The wall mount itself is fine. It is very strong but the screws that come with the package were some of the weakest screw I have seen. I work in construction and when I saw the screws they gave me I was very hesitant to use them. All the screws snapped when they got close to the end, I had to go buy heavy duty screws to secure the mount.
