Wow! I have used every sort of massage device known to man and this thing is the last such implement i will ever have to buy. No power cord, no batteries, and no BS!

Just zoom into those trigger points and grind away. You can really apply an incredible amount of pressure very precisely. I'll find myself with a smile on my face and tears in my eyes. It just "hurts so good" when you hit those deep down knots.

If you regularly struggle with myofascial pain, muscular tension, or similar problems then immediately buy a Thera Cane. It will be the best investment you ever made.

I just wish i had gotten turned on to this thing earlier. It would have saved a lot on all the ineffective items I bought through the years trying to solve my pain.

I am a CHRONIC back pain sufferer. I have all types of devices I have tried on my back from the back pounding massager to the roller ball device, etc. NOTHING has given me relief like the Theracane. This is the PERFECT thing to get at those knotted up muscle knots you get in your back. I used to try laying on a tennis ball or mashing my back on something to rub those bunched up muscles spots, but nothing really helped. THE THERACANE DOES DOES DOES! I love this product. It has helped me literally dissolve a spot that has been tight and knotted for years! The best thing is you don't have to have someone do it for you--you can fix your problem areas all alone. It's really an incredible product. I'm so happy I tried it. My entire family uses it. You won't find ANYTHING at this price that can help your back like this is helping mine. I truely love it! It WILL help you if your back pain is from sore, tight, knotted muscle areas.

I've had episodes of upper back pain for years and tried many things including pain killers, heat, ice, massage, stretching, but they only offered temporary relief at best. The pain would last for days on end. Theracane helped me apply stong, precise pressure on the tender points -- something that is almost impossible to do otherwise. It helped relieve and shorten the duration of the pain. If you have similar pain due to myofascial trigger points, Theracane might help you too.
