This gift basket was sent to our inlaws in Napa as a birthday gift for her. They were extremely pleased with the variety, the large quantity of food. It arrived on time, and I would choose this item as a gift again.

I don't normally review products, but in this case I feel that potential customers should be warned. I ordered this as a gift, and given the $90.00 price tag, I expected a quality product. I was appalled to find out that there was no cheese in the basket, only processed cheese products - not the nice gift I had in mind (and paid for). I feel completely misled about the purchase and will certainly never purchase a product from this particular vendor ever again.

I sent this item to my brother for Christmas. He told me:
"I hesitate to tell you, but you did not get what you paid for. The crackers were OK but none of the cheese items were as advertised. There was even a cheap processed cheese spread in place of one of the gourmet cheeses which was supposed to be in the basket."

For several years I have been ordering gifts through Amazon, and this is the first time there has been a problem. I demand some kind of compensation, either a 50% refund, or another basket with appropriate items sent to my brother. Please let me know how you will proceed.
