All the cookware handles and lids are oven-safe up to 350 degrees F, which means you can start your chicken dish with browning on the stovetop, and finish by baking it in the oven. Many cooks with arm or wrist issues will find the lighter weight of this cookware a boon. Cleanup is easy: simply place everything in the dishwasher (although washing the nonstick baking sheets by hand is probably a good idea).
