Instead of the impact sending the shock through your body, the impact is dispersed through the swing-arm, deck, and frame of the treadmill, creating a smooth, fluid walk or run with greatly reduced impact.

The custom design allows for a soft, forgiving foot landing on the front of the belt, while providing a firm push-off from the rear, providing an ideal surface that reduces impact and relieves pressure on your lower body muscles and tendons, in addition to your lower back.

Not only do you have to awkwardly lean forward as you run, but you also have to visually focus on the board. This EVO treadmill includes the newly patented Motion Control feature, which enables you to control the speed of your treadmill without ever touching the machine. By waving or holding your hand over the side rails you can increase or decrease the speed (right side rail for increase; left side rail for decrease). You can stop by holding both hands over the side rails simultaneously.
