Item arrived three weeks after it was purchased, was not the described item and was broken (a rubberband must be kept around the system in order for it to work). Attempted to rectify the problem with Seller and they were not helpful at all. Which was really a shame because my son saved up his allowance in order to buy it. And, even though I suggested he go to an actual store and buy a new one, he didn't. I think my son has now learned a very valuable lesson. Unfortunately, he had to lose money and the opportunity to play the PSP Lite & Slim in the way that he wanted (free of rubberbands and other such devices). STEER CLEAR OF THIS SELLER -- DISREPUTABLE!
