GLASS BOTTOM SPRINGFORM PAN 9" DIAMETER X 2 3/4" HIGH NON STICK FINISHED Bake and serve in the same pan with our Glass Bottom Springform Pan. It allows you to bake as usual: Then unhinge the side lock to remove side wall ring. Your cake is now on a tempered glass serving dish ready to frost or serve. Each measures 9" in diameter x 2 3/4"H with non-stick finished steel side. Hand wash.

This pan works well. It doesn't leak at all and the glass bottom is great for serving and cutting. It is a little flimsy and was bent in the box when it arrived but I easily bent it back to true.

i am by no means an expert or even intermediate baker. but these have now made a successful boston cream pie and cheesecake so far, by my very own hands! at least so say the delicious faces of my kids and husband! :) they're 'cheap' as in they're non-stick and somewhat thinnish metal, but you pay for what you get? i find they still do the job just dandily!
