The drive installed perfectly. It runs quite and cool in my freenas (freeNAS.org) box. As with all hard drives, it comes down to longevity and that is not something that I can review 3 weeks after purchase. If you are going to mirror the data than that is less important.

Installed this HDD 3 weeks ago and made it my primary. Nice upgrade from my old 80GB. Noticeable jump in operating speed, but that could also be attributed to a clean windows start.

Not much you can say about a hard drive unless it doesn't work. This drive is very reliable so far, it is fast, and is a good value. Recommended. Just plug, format and play.
