The DVD on this page is one of the 2 DVDs offered by Carole Maggio.
Carole Maggio is the most famous person in the Face exercise industry. Her programs are effective and if you follow them on a regular basis you will get results.

However, "Beginning Facercise" is the most expensive DVD program out there that I know of. Also, the DVD contains more marketing information than any other face exercise DVD I have seen. Besides Carole Maggio is rushing through the exercises, it is hard to follow.

There are several alternative face exercise DVD programs at this point which are significantly cheaper and much better organized than the item on this page and will get you the results you want just as good [for example (1), (3) and (4); I don't recommend (2) though].

1) Facial Workout - Because the Muscles Don't End at the Neck
2) Stay Young with Facebuilding
3) Face Aerobics One, Judith Olivia
4) Face Aerobics Advanced, Judith Olivia
5) Happy face yoga by Gary Sikorski

Below is the list of the exercises on the Beginning Facercise DVD. The program is 16 minutes long. The Car exercises section is about 6 minutes long (contains exercises to do in your car).

2) Lower Eyelid strengthener
3) Forhead lift
4) Cheek developer
5) Face energizer
6) Nose shortener
7) Mouth corner lift
8) Lip shaper
9) Nasal Labial smoother

This DVD comes with 2 CDs, the first CD is to do the exercises in your car, the second one is just the "listen instead of watch" version of the exercises.

I have to admit I was skeptical whether this would work and was really surprised how quickly my face toned up. After only a few times of doing the face exercises, my sister noticed a change in my face. She said I looked healthier asked me what I was doing different - I had not told anyone I was doing facercise. My face had more color and was tighter within a few days. My problem areas are my lower cheeks and neck beginning to sag, and the exercises really do wonders at tightening them up. At the time my sister noticed, I had not done the exercises more than 5 times or twice a day as suggested (I can be lazy like that.) I have ordered another DVD as I gave the first one away before memorizing it and want to keep up with it - it is wonderful!

Two points:
1)Carol's exercises really create "burn" more than the other (cheaper)facial exercise videos I have tried.
2)Carol has carefully designed the exercise *not* to cause or exaggerate existing wrinkles anywhere. This is a big issue if you really plan on exercising your face 1-3 times per day for the rest of your life.
There are other cool things about her video too. Like she doesn't waste time. Who has time to waste these days?? There are other "longer" and cheaper videos on the market, but a lot of that extra time is spent doing a few more slow boring wrinkle causing weak exercises that don't really "burn" like you want them to. I love Carol's style: fast paced, effective, clearly demonstrated and explained, wrinkle filling/not wrinkle causing!
